Returns policy
BWF offers no returns on custom made items. Once the order goes into production there are no refunds.
Drain grates, drain flanges, rapid recess kits can be returned within 21 days in their original, undamaged, unmarred packaging.
Shim kits and refills are not returnable unless they are unopened.
Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
A refund will be issued when the items have been received by Built With Foam.
If we make a mistake in manufacture, we will gladly remake the item. We will ship it at no cost to the buyer.
Fulfillment
Custom made items are generally made and shipped the same day they are ordered. This applies except for orders received after 2 pm central time. Larger, more complicated items may need extra time to manufacture.
Shipping is done the day items are fabricated. Shipping times and dates are the responsibility of the shipping company Built With Foam elects to use. Built With Foam has no responsibility for shipping times or delays.
For lost items Built With Foam will take every effort to work with the shipping company to locate or redirect the item(s).
