Each Wall Flattening Shim Kit contains a 9 cell box of 900+ wall shims 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 and a handy depth gauge.
The depth gauge makes it fast to choose the right shim for each spot. Shims are color coded by size for easy reference and refill ordering.
We have refill kits available in individual thicknesses so you only have what you need on hand.

We have used these shims on two showers and a ceiling. We love them! The design ws very well thought out. The foam is very stiff, the shims are color coded, and it comes with a QR code that will bring up detailed instructions if a cell phone camera is pointed at it.

Awesome product.
As a solo installer, it would take me a while to shim out with ripping fur strips and fixing walls on every bathroom, and it was always painful having to load the table saw into the truck, or load up a huge sheet of Luan to may or may not use it. I’ve got these shims in a pack out case, they’re nice and light, and work absolutely awesome! I have used them on 2 showers so far, and have spent far less time cursing the old home framing and am getting to the pretty part significantly faster. Plumb and square a shower in 30 minutes and start slapping wall boards up. If you’re not using these shims, I highly suggest you start. I even had a chance to use them behind a wall I’d be hanging kitchen cabinets, no more big bump outs with shims behind there either! Great product for the money!!

A simple but brilliant idea. So handy to have all the various shim thicknesses available to combine as needed and love the light weight which makes them so easy to transport and install. There’s nothing like a perfectly flat wall to make for a beautiful final result. Check out the YouTube video about how to get a flat wall even with crappy framing. Really helpful!

These shims are genius, they are very easy to use and enable you to prep a nearly perfectly flat, square and plumb shower substrate. We have done many shower systems using this. A little extra time on preparation saves alot of time on install. Today we used the shims on the floor for self leveling heights and they worked awesome!
